A. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME DOMESTICALLY
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days (Monday to Friday). The order cut-off time will be 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Domestic order handling time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).

We use USPS to deliver the product.
C. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@capturedoncanvasart.com or come to our store.
D. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
E. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
RETURN
A. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You can return or exchange product categories:

B. RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you can contact us at info@capturedoncanvasart.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
1. Fill out the return form
2. Prepare the item for shipment in its original packaging with tag, receipt and return form.
3. Send the package to 5830 E 2nd St Suite 8, Casper, WY 82609 US
Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of your item Once your return has been processed you will receive an email notification.
Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 10 business days to deposit funds into the account you use at checkout.
The customer is responsible for the return postage fees and replacement postage fees.

C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To return your product, you should contact our mail info@capturedoncanvasart.com and send:
1. Photo of the product, where the marriage / defect is visible
2. Photo label
3. Photo of the packaging
The packaging must be preserved without fail, otherwise the exchange / return of the goods is not possible.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
D. EXCHANGES
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at info@capturedoncanvasart.com or come to our store.

E. RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
F. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you need to adjust your order, please send us an email within 1 hour of purchase and we will make the necessary changes.

Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order for any reason, please do so before 12h of your order. After 12h your order should have already proceeded, design fees will be cut before refunding your money, please check our terms and conditions for more information.
How can i track my order ?

What size should I pick?
Each product we list has a dedicated sizing chart. Most of our products follow conventional USA sizing. If a product runs small or large, it will be noted in the listing. Since everyone is different, it is impossible for us to pick the size for you. If you are not sure what size you need, take actual measurements and compare to the item-specific size chart in each listing.
Are your products found near my location? I would rather try them on first
As of the beginning of 2020 we are not in any retail locations. We hope to change that in the near future. If you are really unsure of a size, please give us a email. We can walk you through sizing so you get the correct size
Who designs your t-shirts?
We work with independent artists from all over the world. Each artist submits their artwork for consideration to be featured and sold on COCA
What kind of t-shirts do you print on?
We use Gildan 5000 t-shirts. Made with medium fabric (5.3 oz/yd² (180 g/m²)) consisting of 100% cotton for year-round comfort that is sustainable and highly durable. Made using 100% US cotton that is ethically grown and harvested. Gildan is also a proud member of the US Cotton Trust Protocol ensuring ethical and sustainable means of production. This blank tee is certified by Oeko-Tex for safety and quality assurance
